Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup peanut butter, warmed until runny
1 cup strawberries, lightly crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F, grease 12 muffin cups.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.
In another bowl, combine water, vanilla, peanut butter and strawberries well.
Blend gently into the dry ingredients.
Bake 12-14 minutes or until they test done.
