Ingredients

    6 cans Tuna in water (drained)
    2 baked Potatoe (pealed n mashed)
    1 Cup Chopped Onions
    2 chopped chillies(optional)
    1 tbs salt
    1 tbs black pepper
    1 egg (scrambled)

Directions

mash and mix all ingredients together. Form in to patties and fry in a few tbs of oil, or bake! or place the whole thing as is on a skillet and just sautee. GREAT on sandwiches!

can substitute tuna for beef or ground chicken!
