Ingredients

    2-1/2 cup boiling water
    4 pkgs (4 servings size each) Jello Brand Sugar Free Gelatin, Lemon, Lime or Orange
    1/2 shredded carrots
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/2 cup finely chopped cucmbers
    3TBSP Vinegar

Directions

Add boiling water to gelatin. Dissolve completely. Stir in vegetables and vinegar. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into 16 pcs.
