Introduction

Trim all visible fat from the ham and choose ground round to make this dish lower in fat. Trim all visible fat from the ham and choose ground round to make this dish lower in fat.

Ingredients

    1 lb. cured ham, ground
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 cup milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4. c. vinegar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 T. prepared yellow mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix well together ground ham, ground beef, crumbs, milk and egg. Spread in 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Pour this over meat mixture and bake 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cool slightly. Cut into 9 pieces about 3" square.
