Introduction

A refreshing light salad in the summer! A refreshing light salad in the summer!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cucumber, diced
    2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    .25 C cider vinegar
    2t. sugar/or sugar substitute
    2T Kraft light Dressing (I use Peppercorn)
    salt/pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients together and blend well. Add salt and pepper if you wish. I recommend Refrigerating for at least 2-3 hours before eating, but it isn't necessary.

This recipe will make about four, one cup servings.
