Introduction

Ingredients

    3 5-oz cans light tuna in water
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. finely diced red onion
    5 T light Mayo
    2.5 T Dijon mustard
    2 T lemon juice
    2 T capers, chopped finely
    3 T pickle relish
    salt, pepper, dill weed, celery seed, cumin,dried mustard all to taste.

Directions

Combine all ingredients! Pretty easy!
Tastes better when refrigerated for a good period of time, really better the next day.
