    2 to 3 large skinless chicken breasts cut up in bite size pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cups of frozen brocolli florets
    1 cup minute rice
    2 cups cheese
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp. of olive oil


in a large skillet fry cut up chicken until throughly cooked. remove from pan and set aside. in same skillet put in soup and water and stir until it comes to a boil, then add rice and cover and let boil for a few minutes then add frozen brocolli and cooked chicken cover and let cook atleast 5 to 8 minutes until brocolli is fully with cheese let melt.

serves 3 to 4 people

  • I have not made this; but I am absolutely sure that the calorie content is wrong. The chicken breast itself is more calories than the whole recipe; the cream of chicken soup is high in calories and fat. - 1/12/11
