Ingredients

    3/4 cup onion
    2 tsp EVO
    3/4 # chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
    2-16oz cans white beans
    2- 14oz cans FFchicken broth
    1 1/2 cup sliced celery
    3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
    1 sm can green chilis
    1 tsp each salt and oregano
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Saute onion and chicken in oil until soft and browned. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30-45 minutes or until cooked through..
Makes 6 1-1/3 cup servings.
