Introduction

This is a good way to get in something sweet with your meal AND get in some healthy carrots. I love to use this post-workout with some chicken or flank to refuel muscles. Ingredients

    100 grams of baby carrots
    1 packet of Splenda
    1 tbsp of sugar free apricot preserves (Smuckers)


Directions

Place baby carrots in a microwave safe bowl and sprinkly Splenda on top. Cook on high for 1 min. Stir. Cover with plastic and cook on high for 1 min. Add in 1 tbsp of apricot preserves. Cook for 1 more min. on high. Stir and enjoy.
