Refreshing salad and fennel is very soothing to the stomach. Refreshing salad and fennel is very soothing to the stomach.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 bulb of fennel
    10 red radishes
    2 T olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt & pepper to taste


- Thinly slice one bulb of fennel (remove tops)
- Thinly slice 10 radishes
- Combine in bowl
- Add olive oil, lemon, salt & pepper to taste
- Toss
- Refrigerate 15-30 minutes
- Makes four 2-ounce servings.
