Ingredients

    1 - Morningstar Garden Vegetable Patty
    1 - Wheat Hamburger Bun
    1 - Slice Vegan Pepperjack cheese
    1/2 TBS - Ketchup
    1/2 TBS - Yellow Mustard

Directions

Microwave frozen veggie patty for 2 minutes. Put cooked patty on hamburger bun; top with cheese, ketchup and mustard. You could also add veggies such as onions, tomatoes, & lettuce (not included in nutritional info!) but the burger tastes GREAT plain and simple too.

Makes sandwich for 1

    Morning star is no longer vegan. I would recommend going with "Give me Lean" instead. - 5/29/12
