Ingredients

    1 lime
    2 tbsp low fat mayo
    1/2 tsp each dried oregamo, ground cumin and salt
    1/2 tsp chipotleor regular Tabasco sauce
    8 oz skinless salmon fillet
    1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 C). Lightly coat a pie plate or small baking dish with cooking spray. Cut lime in half. Set aside one half. Squeeze juice from the other half of the lime into a small bowl. Stir in mayo, herbs, salt and Tabasco.
Place salmon on pie plate. Spoon mayo mixture overtop and bake in the centre of the preheated oven untila knife tip inserted into the centre of the fish comes out warm, 12 - 15 mins. Sprinkle iwth basil and squeeze juice from reserved lime overtop. Great with Jasmine rice and avocado slices.
