Introduction

These steaks are quickly prepared with a tasty lemon sauce to top them. These steaks are quickly prepared with a tasty lemon sauce to top them.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 steaks (about 1 lb total)
    2 tsp Olive oil
    2 tsp margarine
    1 tsp dijon-style mustard
    2 tsp minced garlic
    6 tsp lemon juice
    3 tsp steak sauce
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Trim excess fat from steaks.
2. In large skillet, combine olive oil, margarine, mustard and garlic. Heat until bubbly.
3. Saute steaks in seasoned butter for 4 to 5 min. Turn steaks. Cook 4 to 5 min longer or until desired doneness. Remove steaks and keep warm.
4. Add lemon juice, steak sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to skillet. Stir to mix and pour over steaks. Serve immediately.

    Incredible!
    I didn't have the lemon juice so I used Lime. Worked just as well, my parents and my brother loved it!! Fantastic recipe!! - 1/31/09
