Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skin and bones removed so you have 3 to 4 oz servings.
    1 package taco seasoning mix
    1 cup salsa
    1/4 cup sour cream

Directions

Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased shallow baking dish; season with the taco seasoning mix. Pour the salsa over the chicken; bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender. When ready to serve, remove the chicken from the casserole, stir sour cream into salsa, then return chicken. Serve sour cream chicken and sauce with warm tortillas and Spanish rice.
* I used a skillet, added a tbl of oil and cooked the chicken on low after seasoning. It worked well and didn't take any longer to cook. It didn't heat up the kitchen (since I didn't this in the summer) like an oven would.

The nutrition info is definitely wrong -- there's no way the chicken breast was entered because, as mentioned, the calories are wrong, and one chicken breast is MUCH more protein than 6.2g! Just make sure to put in the nutrition into yourself if you make this! Looks like a good recipe, though! Yum - 9/6/09

A 3oz, skinless chicken breast (which is pretty dang small!!) is 94 calories. This recipe can't be 76 calories per serving. - 5/6/09
