Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1 1/4 cup beef stock
    1 1/2 cups of water
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 cups uncooked pasta

Directions

Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, broth, water, ketchup and pasta. Heat to a boil. Cover over medium heat 10 min. or until done, stirring often.

    I used tomato soup instead of ketchup. I also added a bit of real cheese and baked it for a bit. My husband loved it, I thought it was okay. - 9/27/10
