Introduction

Woke up feeling raw; I have a pounding headache. What to do? I had a smoothie made from my homemade yogurt, organic blueberries, and a splash of raw whole milk. I feel better all ready! Ingredients

    1 cup Raw Yogurt
    1 cup frozen (or fresh) Blueberries
    3 T Raw Milk
    Rapadura sugar or Splenda to taste

Directions

In personal blender: add all ingredients. Add Splenda to taste. Eat with a large spoon.

Note: Raw milk is unavailable in grocery stores in some states unless you participate in something called "Cowboarding," and by owning a "Cow Share" from your local friendly dairy farmer.
