Ingredients

    1 lb 93% lean ground beef
    1 can chili beans
    1 can (14oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
    1 pack taco seasoning
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/4 onion, chopped

    Instant Brown rice (4 servings)

Directions

Make rice according to package directions.

Brown ground beef in large skillet along with the green pepper and onion. Drain.

Add chili beans, tomatoes and taco seasoning to ground beef. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
