Ingredients

    1 - 12.5 Oz can Premium Chicken Breast in Water 98% fat free, drained and shredded
    1/2 - Cup Chopped Celery
    1/2 - Cup Low fat Sour Cream
    4 - tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise
    1- tsp Curry Powder
    1/4 - tsp Ground Turmeric
    2 - tbsp dehydrated Onion Flakes
    Black Pepper to taste (optional)

    Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with low fat, high fiber crackers of your choice.

    Makes 4, 1/2 cup servings
