Introduction

Ingredients

    29 oz can of Libby's Pumpkin
    2- 12 oz cans of 2% evaporated Milk
    1 1/2 cups Splenda
    1 tsp salt Substitute
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1 cup egg substitute
    2 unbaked 9 inch Pie shells.


Directions

Mix splenda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl.
Beat Egg substitute in Large bowl. stir in Pumpkin and sugar, spice mixture. gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Pour into Pie Shells.Bake in preheated oven 425* oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350*, bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes our clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve or refrigerate.
Yields 2 pies 8 pieces each for 16 servings
