    small pkg of cube steak (about 2 steaks)
    1 cup of flour
    2 tbsp light olive oil
    1 small onions sliced
    about 1 cup of water
    black pepper to taste


flour cube steak and fry in skillet with half of olive oil. When steaks are browned remove from skillet. Add the rest of olive oil to brown flour add litttle flour at a time should not be clumpy so don't add to much flour. after flour is brown add water little at a time until gravy has thin. Add onions and meat to skillet. Pepper to taste. Simmer for about 30 mins until onions are done.
