Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Morningstar Farms "Burger" Crumbles, 1 cup (soy)
    * Kidney beans, dark red S&W, 2 cup
    * black soy beans organic, 2 cup
    * tomato puree, Progresso, 3.25 cup
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 8 cloves
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup
    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips
    *Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .50 cup
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole
    * Brown Rice, .25 cup (cooked)
    * Wild Rice, .25 cup (cooked)
    * Kale, 5 cup, chopped
    *Mustard seed oil (or your preference)

    dried red chili flakes to taste
    cumin to taste ( i used about 4 tablespoons)
    salt to taste

    I didn't plan this chili I just looked in the frig/freezer and got started.. what I came out with is WONDERFUL!

Directions

saute your onion and garlic in oil (I used the entire bulb)
add soy crumbles, chopped tomato, peppers, jalapeno, saute another 10 minutes..
Transfer to large soup pot, add pureed tomatoes, rinse canned beans well and add
add the rices (i had cooked rice leftover from last night)
add spices, chopped kale and simmer covered on low for 1/2 hr (or more if you like) and serve.

Makes 6 large portions
