    Spectrum Blend mixed fruit, 1 cup
    *Yogurt, Yoplait Light, Strawberry, 6 oz
    Cranberry-grape juice drink, bottled, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

blend all together till smooth add a little more or less juice or water to get desired thickness
