Number of Servings: 6


    1 1/2 LB Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw,
    1 Cup Brown Sugar, unpacked
    1 Cup Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    6 clove Garlic
    2 Scallions chopped
    1 TBSP Sesame Oil)
    2 TBSP Sesame Seeds (optional)


Place all ingredients into slow cooker, set on low for 8 hours. Serve with rice and Asian Coleslaw, Eat and Enjoy

  • So good! I added a little more liquid and some red wine vinegar. I had boneless ribs wich was fine, just watch that you don't over cook it. Only took about 4-5 hours before they were ready to shred. Would make a great sandwich or wrap, just drop asian slaw right on top. - 3/16/11
