If you can't find the House of Tsang Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce I have listed, you can use whatever brand you prefer, but doing so will change the nutritional value in this recipe. I like this brand because it is tasty, but be forewarned, it is very hot and spicy! You can find most of the ingredients in the Asian/Oriental foods aisle at your grocery store. Ingredients

    1 serving mixed lettuce/baby greens
    1/4 cup chow mein or rice noodles
    1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/4 cup cut baby corn, drained
    3 oz. diced chicken breast
    2 tbsp House of Tsang Bangkok Padang Thai Peanut Sauce

Directions

Add mixed greens to bowl. Top with baby corn, water chestnuts, chicken breast, and chow mein noodles. Add peanut sauce, toss well, and enjoy! Makes one (1) serving.
