Ingredients

Ingredients:
* Cream Cheese, 16 oz
* Egg, fresh, 4 large
* Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup
* Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
* Flour, white 3 TB
* Welch’s Concord Grape Jam, 1/4 Cup smooth
* Reduced fat creamy peanut butter 3/4 cup
* Post Bran Flakes Cereal, 1.75 cup (crushed well)
* Margarine like spread, approximately 40% fat, 1 1/2 TB
Directions
Preheat oven: 325 degrees.
For crust: Mix Crushed bran flakes with 1 TB sugar & margarine. Mix well. Then lightly spread out on to a 13x9 pan. i line my pan with parchment for ease. press gently you can bake for about 15 minutes then cool. Prepare cheesecake batter.
In a large bowl for a mixer or a hand mixer mix until smooth and creamy cream cheese. Then add peanut butter. Mix until very well blended, if you have to scrape down sides and continue mixing. Next add milk and beat until well incorporated. Add eggs one at a time scraping down sides add rest of eggs gradually until well blended.Pour batter evenly into cooled crust. take Jam and drop from spoonfuls( or put into a disposable pastry bag and draw lines) then swirl around with a knife . Bake for 10 minutes at 325. After that turn oven down to 250 and cook for 45 minutes more. Let cool to room temp and refrigerate for at least 4 hours remove from pan and cut into bite size pieces and freeze. Enjoy!
