Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    5 lbs Boston Butt (Pork shoulder roast)
    1-2 bottles of your favorite bbq sauce
    (i used KC Masterpiece sweet & tangy. different sauces will affect calorie / nutrition count)

    * package of buns if using for sandwiches*

Directions

Remove Pork from wrapper and place into slow cooker.

Add BBQ sauce to cover roast

Turn on cooker to high and cook for 5 hours. or if you'll not be home set it to low and cook all day! (8 hours) :)

Pull out of cooker when time is up place on cookie sheet and pull apart with 2 forks to desired consistency.

I used the sauce from the crock-pot over the pulled pork after i'd finished pulling it and mixed it in for super flavor!

serve with your favorite buns/rolls for a yummy, sure to be party favorite!

At an approximate guess, it will serve 20-25 people.
