This salad dressing is fantastic on spinach! Try making a salad of spinach leaves, green apples, and white cheddar cheese. Great for fall, and lots of vitamins! Ingredients

    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/3 cup EVOO
    1/3 cup maple syrup

Directions

Makes 8 2-tablespoon servings.

Just combine all of the ingredients and whisk (or put them in a jar and shake). TOO EASY.

There's no reason why you couldn't use low-sugar or sugar free syrup.

    Wow, this was great! I made this with a spinach and strawberry salad. We didn't have ac vinegar, but had some pear balsamic vinigar and it was great!!! It's a favorite of mine now!!! - 10/22/11

    EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil...this sounds simple and tasty for those times when I just have some fresh spinach and a few other ingredients to put together a for a quick salad. Can't wait to try it! - 2/15/09
