Ingredients

    1 carton of beef stock
    4 large stocks celery, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 cans new potatoes, drained & halved
    1 bag frozen green beans
    1 can yellow corn, drained
    1 can baby peas, drained
    1 pound beef stew, browned & drained
    (May substitute round steak, trimmed fat)
    1 Tablespoons salt
    1/2 Tablespoon course pepper


Directions

Mix vegetables together in crock pot. Add beef and beef stock. Stir in seasoning and cook on low for 8 -10 hours.
