Ingredients

1 meduim onion
1 loaf homemade cornbread
3 pork sausage links or half container of bulk sausage
1/2 tsp sage
Directions
Makes aproximately 8 1 cup servings
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Slice cornbread into thick slices, place slices on baking sheet.
3. Toast cornbread in oven between 10- 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. While cornbread is toasting, brown sausage in large frying pan on medium heat.
5. Chop onion, add onion and sage to sausage. Drain grease from sausage.
6. Remove cornbread from oven and chop into cubes.
7. Stir cornbread into sausage mix.
8. Continue to mix cornbread and sausage mix together until evenly mixed.
Serve with chicken or turkey,
