This is a great and super easy side dish! This is a great and super easy side dish!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb. Bag Red Potatoes
    2 Medium Red Onions
    3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Quarter Potatoes and Onions then arrange them in a baking pan. Pre-heat oven to 400. Drizzle Olive Oil on Potato and Onion mixture and top with salt and pepper. These are also great with some italien seasonings or garlic. Put in the oven for 35 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
