Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb. Rump Roast
    4 (about 1 1/2 lb) Red Potatoes, cut into 8ths
    1 C. Celery, diced
    1 C. Onion, diced
    2 C. Carrots, sliced
    1 Can Del Monte Cut Green Beans
    4 C. Water
    2 tsp. Better Than Bullion Beef Base



Directions

Place Rump Roast into crock pot and cook on medium until tender. Move to 6 qt pot and place on stove.
