Ingredients

    2 cups enrichd egg noodles
    2 cans (5 oz each) Chunk Light Tuna, drained
    2 cups shredded cheese
    2/3 cup frozen green beans
    2/3 cup frozen whole kernel corn
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1/4 cup flour
    2 tbsp butter
    1/2 tbsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp butter, melted
    1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 deg. F. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter. Set aside. In a medium sauce pan, cook vegetables in melted butter until tender. Add onion powder, salt, black pepper, and flour. Add milk all at once. Stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Mix together with tuna, noodles, and cheese. Pour into baking dish, top with bread crumb mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
