Introduction

You may use any combination of dried fruits, nuts, and/or seeds You may use any combination of dried fruits, nuts, and/or seeds
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1/2 c soft Margarine
    1 c Brown Sugar or Splenda
    1 Egg
    1/2 c low fat Sour cream
    1 1/3 c Whole wheat flour
    3/4 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Cloves
    1/4 tsp Baking soda
    1/2 c raisins
    1/2 c unsweetened coconut
    1/2 c unsalted sunflower seeds

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. In a bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, egg, & sour cream. Mix well.
3. Add flour, cinnamon, cloves, & baking soda. Mix.
4. Next, add fruit, nuts, and/or seeds. Mix well.
5.Drop cookies by teaspoon onto 2 cookie sheets sprayed with pam.
6. Bake for appoximately 15 minutes or until bottems are golden brown.

Makes 24 cookies.
