Ingredients

    2 Cups Quick Oats
    1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 Cup Wheat Germ
    1/2 Cup Protein Powder
    3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
    1 Cup White Chocolate Morsels
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 Cup Vegtable Oil
    1/2 Cup Honey
    2 Large Eggs
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Dried Blueberries

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line the bottom of an 8" pan with parchment paper
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Be sure the brown sugar is well mixed. Blend the liquid ingredients in a second bowl. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix throughly (this is best done using your hands).
Spread the mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into square bars. If desired, wrap each individually in plastic wrap and store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.

    Look like a very healthy meal but to be honest it is very high in cals and i think i would be still hungry after having a serving its good if you are on the go and don't have time to eat but on a diet to lose weight this would be a bad chioce - 11/15/08
