Ingredients

    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
    1 can Healthy Choice Cream of Celery Soup (condensed)
    1 cup chopped onion
    1.5 lb ground hamburger
    2 cups uncooked brown rice
    2 cups nonfat milk
    1 package (10 oz) frozen peas

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Brown hamburger in a pan with the chopped onion. Add the other ingredients, stir, and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serves aprox. 6-8

    I have made this before and it is good. I use water instead of milk. You may need to adjust the servings though because it makes closer to 6-8 servings and not four like the nutritional info states. The calorie count is what's probably scaring people! - 8/28/10
