Ingredients

    1 serving of pre-prepared Qunioa Brown Rice Sushi Mix (see other recipe)
    1/2 can Salmon, flaked
    2tsp Light Mayo
    1/4tsp Hot Chili Sauce
    1/8tsp Wasabi
    1/2tsp soy sauce
    1tsp Garlic, minced
    1Tbsp Onion, minced
    1/4c Cucumber, slivered
    1/4c Red pepper or carrot, slivered
    1 stick Imitation Crabmeat, slivered

Directions

See Quinoa Brown Rice Sushi Mix for directions on prepartion of rice mix. Use 1/2 of the recipe (ie 1 serving).
Special Spicy Sauce: mix together mayo, chili, wasabi, soy sauce, garlic & onion.
Blend this with flaked salmon to create the Spicy Salmon roll filling. Alternatively try canned flaked tuna or chopped cooked shrimp.
Ready slivered cucumber, pepper & imitation crabmeat on standby plate for Californa roll filling.
Take 1 sheet of nori, shiny side down, ontop of sushi rolling mat. Spread 1/2 of the sushi rice mix onto sheet. Arrange filling lengthwise across the rice, 1" from the closest edge. Roll & tighten. Moisten furthest nori edge & finish roll. Moisten entire length & cut into individual pieces. Repeat for 2nd roll.
