Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 lg egg
    1/2 cup wheat bran
    2 t worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1 t garlic, minced

Directions

mix all ingredients well and form into meatballs, meatloaf or mini loaves. Bake or cook in a skillet. Drain away any oil before serving.
