Introduction

Add chilies (serrano, Jalepeno, habenero) to taste. Add chilies (serrano, Jalepeno, habenero) to taste.

Ingredients

    1 can Goya Hominy
    1 can pink beans
    1 can red beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 bell pepper
    1 red pepper
    1lb beef chuck (chunked)
    5 cloves garlic
    splash or four Worcestershire sauce
    1 big can Pastene Kitchen Ready tomatoes
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 chopped onions
    chili spices to taste (cumin, a clove, chili powder, cayenne, etc.)

Directions

Makes 8 2 cup servings

Get a big chili pot and put it on the stove, with some olive oil in it.

Saute the onions in the oil until translucent. Add the chopped beef and garlic, stir.

Add beans, tomato sauce, and spices.

Simmer for about 2 hours.
