    2 large apples (figi used)
    1 large banana
    1 6 oz . belfonte no-fat black cherry yogurt (any flavor would be good)


1. sliced up apples (threw out seeds & core)
threw it into blender.
2. cut banana in half and threw it in.
3. put in yogurt
4. Blend
5 . Add crushed ice to blender and makes a great healthy family treat.
