Ingredients

    Apples, 2 large chopped finely
    Mushrooms, 2 cups fresh, chopped finely
    Celery, 1 cup, diced
    Onion, 1 cup diced
    Garlic, 5 cloves

    Sage, ground, 1/4 T
    Savory, ground 1 T
    Rosemary, dried 1/2 T
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 T

    1 Package - Marie Callender's Corn Bread Mix


Directions

Chop finely apples, mushrooms, celery, onion and garlic. Mix in spices - sage, savory, rosemary and cinnamon. Mix in one package of the cornbread mix until all ingredients are coated. Add just enough water (about 1/2 cup) until the mixture binds together. Stuff turkey loosely with mixture (it will expand) and cook as normal. Serving size appx. 1 cup
