Ingredients

    Chicken 4 oz
    Paprika 0.5 tbsp
    Romano cheese 1 oz (or just enough to fill a half dollar's worth in the palm of your hand



    *I recommend shredding your own romano cheese.

Directions

~pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
~Coat baking dish with olive oil
~Mix paprika & shredded romano cheese together
~Spread paprika & romano cheese onto the chicken
~ This is a serving for one, possibly two depending on how much cheese you want :)
~Bake for 23 minutes

    Had enough cheese to coat all sides. Used foil to protect pan. Good thing. DH liked it too. - 12/13/08
