Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
    2 TbspHeavy Cream
    1 cup Water
    1 Tsp Sugar Substitute (I used Splenda- do this to taste)
    1 handful of Ice

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender or drink mixer. Blend until smooth. You might need to add more water to thin if it is too thick.
