Ingredients

    Broth from baked turkey (all fat removed) 2 cups
    Whole Milk (1 cup)
    4 1/2 tablespoons melted butter or turkey fat
    4 1/2 tablespoons flour

Directions

Put turkey fat or butter in saucepan. Heat on medium. Add flour and stir constantly until it gins to brown. Add combined broth and milk to gravy base and heat on medium heat, stirring frequently, until thick.
