Ingredients

4 Chicken Breast, no skin or bone
3 C Lemon Juice
5 tbsp Oregano, ground
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
2.5 tbsp Basil
2 boxes Rice-a-Roni -Chicken Flavor
7 tbsp butter, divided
5 C water
Directions
Take the 3 tbsp. butter and put it into casserole dish with chicken. Then add lemon juice, oregano, parsley, and basil. Cover and put in oven on 325 degrees F. Cook one hour or until boiling.
At same time take the 4 tbsp. butter and melt in large skillet, add two 6.9 oz boxes of rice. Saute over medium heat until rice is brown, stirring frequently. Slowly stir in 2.5 cups water and special seasoning (included in box); bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 to 20 min or until most of liquid is gone.
When both are done (try to time it so that they're finished in relative proximity to each other, time wise) take one chicken breast and one-quarter of rice and put on plate.

PS take some of the juice from the chicken and put it on the rice and chicken once it's on the plate. How much you take depends on how lemony you want it to be.
