Ingredients

    * Peanut Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor, 1 serving
    * Cucumber , 1 cup, sliced
    * Tomatoes, 1 cup, diced
    * Water, 4 cup (8 fl oz), hot
    * Egg, fresh, 2 medium

Directions

Heat oil in the wok, add diced tomato and fry until soft. Add hot water to boil, and add the instant noodles with the seasonings (omit the oil if separately packed)and cook for 1 min. Crack in one egg and let it cooked as desired. Add sliced cucumber and serve.
Fry 1 slice of bacon before frying tomato will add great flavor but additional calories:)
