Easy & delicious! Mix all ingredients in crock the night before. Put the crock in the heating unit in the morning. Come home to a kitchen that smells great! Serve with bread and squash. Ingredients

    2 cups Cubed Chicken Breast or Tenders (uncooked)
    2 cups Carolina Pride Polish Kielbasa
    2 cups Rice
    1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 cans Bruce’s Cut Okra with Tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes with Mexican Lime & Cilantro
    3 cups Swanson 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
    ½ cup Diced Bell Pepper
    ¾ cup Diced Celery
    1 cup Diced Onion
    1 cup Sliced Mushrooms

Directions

Mix all ingredients in CrockPot. Stir well. Cook: High for 6 hours OR Low for 8 hours.
Serves 8.

Variations:
Add 2 cups squash (high in potassium)

Substitute Hot Cajun Sausage for the Kielbasa (more calories)
