Ingredients

2 cans of black beans
1/2 cup of chopped onions
Minced Garlic (to personal tastes)
Worcestershire Sauce (to personal tastes)
1 can of Corn
2 cups of Mashed Potatoes (nutritional info is for instant)
Cayenne Pepper (enough to dust the top)
Directions
Start cooking onions and garlic in a frying pan with cooking spray
Drain and rinse beans
Mash beans (use a potato masher or a fork)
Add beans to frying pan and cook while stirring frequently
Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray
When beans/onions are 'browned' add them to the dish and smooth evenly
Open and drain the corn and pour over the beans, smoothing evenly
Add prepared mashed potatos and smooth evenly
Dust the top with cayenne pepper
Bake at 375 until the top of the potatos begins to brown
This recipe makes 4 servings (1.5 cups each)
