    Beef Top Round Italian Seasond GLENROCK, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 8 cup, shredded (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 4 pita, small (4" dia) (remove)
    Fat free half and half, .25 cup (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese Kraft Fat Free, .5 cup (remove)
    Hellmann’s , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, 3 serving (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Jamaking Jerk Seanon a 1/2 tbsp


Directions

PUT 6 cups LETTUCE, 1 cup CABAGE AND 1/2 cup CHEESE IN A LARGE BOWL TOSS

SPRAY SKILLIT WITH COOKING SPRY GRATE 1 AND 1/2 GARLIC CLOVES (save half for dressing) ADD TO SKILLIT COOK FOR FOR A FEW SECOND ADD 1 cup ONION, 1 cup PEPPER, AND 1 cup MUSHROOM
COOK VEGTABLES UNTIL LIGHT BROWN
ADD BEEF COOK JUST UNTIL HOT
WHEN DONE TOSS IN SALAD MIX

MIX MAYO GRRATED GARLIC HALF & HALF
a 1/2 tbsp Jamakin Jerk Seanon POOR OVER SALAD

    Very Good
    Didnt like the dressing so made a balsamic vinegarette instead. and bbqed the meat and turned out very tasty!! might use blue cheese next time instead of cheddar. - 2/9/11
