    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Campbell's Condensed Soups 98% Fat Free Broccoli & Cheese - 1 can
    Milk, nonfat, 1/3 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 2 tbsp
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup
    Butter or margarine 1 tbsp


1.) Cook the chicken breast until it is no longer pink.
2.) Arrange broccoli and chicken in 2 quart shallow baking pan
3.) Mix soup and milk together and pour into pan.
4.) Sprinkle with cheese. Mix bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top.
5.) Bake 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or so.

    This was a simple yet tasty recipe, next time I would use fresh broccoli vs. frozen but overall quick and delicious! - 1/24/11
