Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    large red tomtato (can substitue a can)
    large red pepper sliced
    medium green pepper sliced
    jalepeno sliced (remove seeds to make less spicy)
    garlic minced
    paprika, salt and pepper
    lemon juice
    garlic powder
    olive oil
    cilantro
    tilapia

Directions

in bowl mix paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice, soak fish while doing other prep.

In large skillet warm olive oil and add tomato, peppers and garlic and cilantro.

When peppers are a little soft, add ingrediants of spice mixture from bowl and stir placing fish on top of veggies.

Turn fish over in about 10 minutes.

All done enjoy!!!
